The company retains a 'Product Research Council" comprised of one nurse, one biochemist (PhD), a Food and Drug Attorney, and an Herbalist/Ethnobotanist. The product line includes supplements for weight management, hair care, anti-aging, stress relief products, and sleep aids. Compensation is based on the level of two factors - Personal Volume (PV) and Team Volume (TV). The level of each determines the level of compensation received by the distributor.
